This commercial project of Yubenco Mall and Supermarket is located in Barangay de Ayala, or more commonly Ayala one of the 98 barangays in Zamboanga City. It is located 16.5 kilometers west of the city proper and will soon cater to the shopping and grocery experience of the residents from the west coast area.
